September 2018: NOROC Has a New Mission Co-Worker

Carol Schempp is the new Mission Co-worker for NOROC.  She and her husband Rich will be working in Romania for 3 month periods:  September 1 - November 30 and March 1 - May 30.  During the interim times they will return to Texas and will be available to make presentations to churches across the US.
